To promote the Australian Hulkamania Tour, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair cut a promo on YouTube. While Flair is still money on the microphone, I’m sad that he’s getting back in the ring. Don’t get me wrong, he was the best in-ring performer of all time and it’s up to him if he wants to make money getting in the squared circle…but his send-off from the WWE and his WWE WrestleMania 24
Can you say WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY overdone and overacted. He comes off as annoying in that promo clip.
Next thing you know Terry Funk will come out of his 37th retirement.
@TheJediRevan Watching Funk walk makes me sad. Hopefully he's done for good. He was pretty awesome for decades.
I know this is sacrilege — but his promos suck now. He didn't always yell all the time. He was actually pretty calm, cool and collected and cocky — that was why he was the Man.
Now he's kind of a drag queen.

So I finally watched that promo….makes me miss the 80s and the 90s….when Ric Flair was actually "The Man." I still "Whoo" every time I drink a Four Horsemen with my buddies.
