Google has unveiled 53 YouTube paid channels. These premium channels offer commercial-free content for a fee. Prices start at $0.99 per month and currently top out at $9.99 per month. Discounts are available for annual subscriptions. The paid channels come with a free 14-day trial to help you decide if it’s worth paying for.   1. I voted no for two reasons. I literally watch YouTube videos on the actual site maybe twice a month and I have no idea what kind of content it will offer.

  2. Your content is worth more then a buck a month IMHO. If it was reasonable I would pay to get informed by you.

    1. Thanks for that Aaron! I really appreciate it. I sometimes think about making my YouTube channel and this site advertising-free, and using a pay-what-you-want system, but it’s scary. That would be cool if there was a directory of pay-what-you-want websites that could help facilitate things for small publishers. There probably is, but I haven’t heard of a good one yet. Ha!

  3. I voted for yes but none of the channels listed piqued my interest. Hopefully if this becomes a success networks will get it on it.
