So…who’s buying Gears of War 3 this week? Anyone? Anyone?!? If that’s not your bag then you can pick up Supremacy MMA for some arcade-style fighting laced with modern MMA. PSP gamers looking for some a game with crazy depth and challenge should consider Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 2 Innocent Sin. It’s a light week with most publishers wisely deciding not to go head-to-head with Gears, but there are still some solid choices.

Almost everyone in my RL circle is getting Gears, me I'm saving money for my relocation. I never liked playing Gears but watching it is cool. I really want to see the new horde mode in action.
I'll buy Gears 3. Does BestBuy sell 1 month live cards? Some other friends want to do it coop but 1 month is all I need for that. I saw on Live that you can buy 1 month at $10 but it is recurring unless you call a phone number and stay on hold forever to cancel haha.
I will be picking it up bc it was part of 5 to reserve for my $100 gc at BB. Also they let you buy an xbl 12 month card for 39.99 with purchase of GOW3.

I don't feel like paying money for Gears3. I won't get my moneys worth from it.
never enjoyed anything past the first half of Gears 1. I own 1&2 but didn't play much of 2.

I am going to get Gears 3, but I'd like to wait a while for the street price to drop a bit. My wife actually wants to play this game (with me) more than I do, which is pretty amazing since I really want to play the game.
Does anybody know if you can play the 4-player co-op campaign with a combination of local and online players?
