I’ll be heading to the airport shortly and catching an airplane to Las Vegas for DICE 2011. RPadholic N8R will manning the camera. I’ll see if he wants to write some stories about his DICE experience. For now I wanted to see if you had any questions for the people I’m meeting up with. For Mike Capps: The 'Bulletpoints' trailers for Bulletstorm were 'unique.' What inspired promoting the game in that way? It seemed strange since, while funny, the trailers really showed nothing about the game.
Ask mike If he can get a free copy of Bulletstorm. All jk aside let Mike know that I have boycotted EA games but I am going to be getting BulletStorm.

i'm not sure where i saw this but i showed it to my gf. what is the best phone to get right now on Tmobile? is it the mytouch 4G? I like that one but if you think there's another phone better than that and better than her mytouch 3g, i'd greatly appreciate it!

really?!? The only good thing i see about the Vibrant is the AMOLED screen nothing else impresses me about it. I was really thinking perhaps she'd be interested in the 4G or the G2.
I prefer the G2 over the Vibrant. Software is better. Updates are less of an issue. Wifi calling. Better build quality.

If the 4G is available then get that. The G2 is cool if she needs a keyboard but the hummingbird in the Samsung is great. The OLED is pretty damn nice as well.
I wish I could come up with some good questions, but that was always my weaker point when I was still officially studying journalism.

For Jesse—does he think the 3DS and NGP will face "supply shortages" whether they are real or intentional? I'm curious to know whether we might finally get a console that you don't have to wait months to actually see on the store shelves if you don't buy it right away.

Here's a question for Jesse Divinich: Is he surprised with Activision's decision today to axe the Guitar Hero franchise considering how it has clung to other franchises that are long past thier prime like the Tony Hawk series?

yeah i expect these phones to go quick. i think she’s really interested in the mytouch 4G just because it’s capable of voice chatting, who she will voice chat with idk but that will be first then by the G2 and lastly by the Vibrant, if those arent’ available then oh well. thanks for the info!
I don't think supply will be a problem. Remember, they're not free out the door. You still have to pay up front and send in a rebate form.
Yes i do know it's free after rebate. But it's still a good deal especially with the mt4g sellling for $99 too
The MT4G is nice, but I don’t like its Android skin and plastic feel.

thank you for your advice. i will let her know what you and smartguy said then have her decide. I’m really thinking she will go with the MT4G if it’s available, she seems hell bent on voice chat. I’ll definitely make sure she gets a case for that phone; she tends to drop her phone a lot.

I do wish the G2 had a front-facing camera, but it's not a big deal yet. When Skype gets its act together on Android, it will matter a lot more to me. I figure I'll be on a new phone some time this summer anyway.

UPS rocks. I like their style. The driver puts my package on the ground and then rings the door bell and runs to his truck lol. Are they trained for that? Not complaining I like they put my packages tucked away in the foyer.
yes they are trained to do that…lol
be glad you live in an area that ups allows their drivers to do that. Some neighborhoods, that crap wouldnt fly…i actually was a driver for about 3 months, and my route was pretty bad.
