Since so many of you are big (American) football fans, here’s some space to talk about the latest NFL games. Whether you’re discussing your fantasy league players, those noisy Kansas City Chiefs fans, or RPadholic N8R’s Pittsburgh Steelers finally getting a W, please talk it up in the comments section!
Congrats, N8! You guys will not have a winless season! You know, a few years back when it looked like the Dolphins were going to go 16-0, we were able to get a miraculous win at home against the Ravens on a fluke interception by Jason Taylor. The crowd went absolutely bonkers when that happened! I swear, it sounded like we just won another Super Bowl.
My point is that everyone was so ecstatic with just winning one game that all the losses up to that point seemed almost moot. People were just so incredibly happy that we weren’t going to go winless for the first time in history. All of those losses really made you appreciate winning a game so much more.
Enjoy it. Who knows, there may be another win somewhere in that schedule of yours.
