Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg is Worth More Than Apple’s Steve Jobs

What kind of world do we live in that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has a higher net worth than Apple CEO Steve Jobs?!? That’s the word from Forbes, which lists Zuckerberg’s net worth as $6.9-billion and pegs Jobs at $6.1-billion. (If either of you happen to be reading this and want to throw a few hundred thousand my way to fund my site’s video efforts for the next two years, I’d love you forever.) I guess that’s why Jobs’ movie (Pirates of Silicon Valley) was made for cable and Zuckerberg’s (The Social Network) is a major theatrical release.

*sigh* This is the first of three things that will make me move to Thailand. Next, Epic Games Mike “Busta” Capps will become President of the United States of America and Bolivia Bunn will be the biggest star in the country. (I’m seriously concerned about the latter happening.)

  1. If the latter does happen I will destroy will cancel my cable and stop watching movies.

    I see all of these NET worth figures and wonder two things 1) How much cash do they carry in there pocket or keep in a bank account since it isn't technically real money. 2) What is my NET worth and will I just feel like crap when I find it out.

    i'd think you'd want to keep your cable and just boycott nbc and i think the daily show too. she's not on aots anymore but she and g4 haven't fully said she's quit the show.

    I believe it is Pirates of Silicon Valley (not Alley) lol. feel free to delete this section of the comment whenever. haha.

    And I don't think that Bolivia Bunn will become that famous…maybe a little more than she is right now, but she isn't pretty enough to be REALLY famous. So no worries!

  4. Slicky;

    To answer your question- ask Smartguy.

    Ha; but seriously; all you have to do to find out your net worth is add up the value of all your assets. For example, if you own a house, a car, a bank account, a money market fund, 401K, and a dog, add up what all of that is worth (minus the dog). I could be mistaken, but I think you have to subtract your liabilities (child support, credit card debt, money you owe to Pimp Master Phunk, etc.) from that amount in order to get the "net" worth. If not, it seems like it would be your "gross" worth.

    @Mr. Padilla;

    If Boliva becomes a famous A-list celebrity, I'll pay your rent for a month, buy a TV through your Amazon links, get you a year's subscription to XBL and any three games you want. That's how confident I am that she won't reach that status. And if she signs a deal with the devil and does get to Hilton-ish status, then at least you have something to look forward to.

    That sums it up nicely. People always like to say that so and so's money is all on paper….however that value on paper is determined by market prices of stocks/bonds as well as what said person does to influence fluctuations in that market. Interesting huh?

  6. @Iceman If she becomes the biggest celebrity in American then I'm leaving the country. That's a promise. I've actually had nightmares where I'm her personal assistant and I have to fetch her lattes every morning.
