…Heavy Rain, of course. Yeah, I’ve already played a bunch of the PlayStation Move launch titles, but this is the first game I’ll dive into. Sony Computer Entertainment America product marketing manager Jefferson “The Donger” Dong announced that PlayStation Move support for Heavy Rain arrives on September 22. I’m all over that!
Are any of you going to give Heavy Rain another go with PlayStation Move? Are there any Move games you’re interested in?
@Ray
Have you watched the video on the PSN for the Move version of Heavy Rain? It doesn't look very "good". The controls look slapped on.
I would actually like to try all of the move supported games. I plan on getting EyePet but I don't actually know when it comes out. I'm getting it because my little brother will be 2 this month and we would have fun with it.
The sword fighting and archery look fun also. Most of the other stuff looks like crap, except I'd like to try The Fight and The Shoot too.
@SlickyFats I've actually played a bit of it (don't ask how). It feels better than it looks and I'm looking forward to more.
I don't want to buy Move right now but I wouldn't mind playing Heavy Rain with Move though. I never get tired of Heavy Rain. I've got the platinum trophy for Heavy Rain and I've seen all of the endings. Heavy Rain must be played more than once.
This is actually one of the games I would like to play if I ever get a PS3. I wouldn't be opposed to getting one, but I just don't have money to spend on one right now.
I'm curious, how exactly are they adding Move support to a pre-existing game? Or what types of controls are they changing to be able to do this?
@bsukenyan It's just a patch. The game uses simple motions for controls, so translating them to Move isn't as difficult as it would be for a more traditional game.
Eh I'm not wasting my money on Move. Not entirely interested.
