Deus Ex: Human Revolution Screens

Square Enix sent over a batch of new screens for Deus Ex: Human Revolution…and they’re hot! Check ’em out and let me know what you think (please)! As some of you know, I was bummed that I missed out on a demo for this game at E3 2010. Even though I didn’t get to see the hotness that many of my friends saw, this game is still on my radar.

  1. I have no clue about what this game is. I've heard of it plenty, but what kind of game it is and what it is about have completely eluded me.

    @Ray

    Like the PicLens thing.

  2. @Sandrock323 Glad you like the PicLens deal. I like it too. I'll ping Squenix to see if I can catch a demo, though I'm probably missing good stuff by skipping TGS. *sniff* *sniff* Oh well, super secret project is paying the bills and funding my video-editing machine.

    Would that machine be sporting an IPS panel and i7 processor? haha.

    Make Legacy of Kain damnit.

    When that particular gadget bug bites, it bites hard. I looked into the 27inch iMacs for about 2 weeks and then convinced myself I needed the i7 processor. Once I had decided that i HAD to have one, it just meant me paying off some other things early to free up the cash lol.

    I do hope you get it soon. It did bother me that it took me as long to go get mine. I was also able to pick one up at an Apple store eventhough the website says order only.

    My primary machine was a 13inch unibody. I wanted a bigger screen and the cinema displays were close to 1k by themselves. So I looked into the iMac and for the extra money I got a really solid machine with the new version of iLife. My biggest decision was actually whether to get i5 or i7. I opted for i7 since it was a 5% increase in price. I had also decided that an IPS panel was the only way to go. So for the extra 1.2k I got a terabyte hdd, i7, 4gig ddr3, and all the other fixings. No buyer's remorse at all.

    I love recording my raids in world of Warcraft and using screenflow to create spreadsheet explanations for work.

    ATI 4850HD. I'd prefer a gig card, but drivers are slow to come out on cards for osx. That should change going forward though.

    Indeed I can. I also run SC2 at ultra specs with highest res. It suits my needs for now.

    i do like nice lighting effects so we'll see lol. but i do agree with you, most video cards can handle today's games.
