Hello guys and gals! Thanks for keeping the site moving while I’m away. Things will be back to normal (whatever that means) soon! I’m currently typing away in the Cathay Pacific lounge in Hong Kong, waiting for my flight to Los Angeles. I’ll be back on Thursday night and will crank out a bunch of content on Friday.

Doing alright. I need an extra 6 hours per day from now til the beginning of May to do everything I need to do. So much to do, so little time.

I'm doing great. I picked up Brightest Day#0 and Flash#1. They were giving away a flash power ring with Falsh#1. I took a pic of it's awesomeness, here's a link if you want to see it.

Combination of work and school and side projects. I am pretty busy finishing up the semester (damn CPA hours), work is entering its busy season, and I'm doing tax returns on the side for quite a few people. I need the extra money because I have picked my next vehicle and want to put 80% down on it.
Been worse. Hopefully things will continue to improve.

I can't believe you didn't pick up the Flash rebirth series but then again you're probably not a Flash mark. I enjoyed it very much. I think the TPB should be coming out on the 28th of this month. I can't wait for GL#53 next week there's going to be a GL brightest day power ring with that one.
@tokz_21 I actually love The Flash, but I haven't really been picking up single issues of anything outside of Blackest Night/GL because of the price.

yeah i hear ya. This month i'm spending more than my weekly $12 bucks. I hate when i'm collecting more than series at once. I only get TBP's on series that i can't finish collecting or on character's i don't follow as much but hear it's a good read.

Straight up I've always had respect for the Hawks and the Bruins. Actually, come to think of it… I've always had respect for all Chicago Sports teams. Even the White Sox (though I don't know why). *shrug*

Yes, there must be. Or probably because there have been some good PA players that have played for Chicago teams as well.
I've been playing modern warfare this week, trying to beat it completely before Sunday (so it will be done in one week) and it is going well so far. I think the next level that will give me trouble is the mile high club achievement. Otherwise they are going by rather quickly.
I will start crackdown soon, and Iceman hopefully I will send you a message sometime on the near future to set up a time to play gears 1.
Pretty much all good overall though. Changing my college plans by the second, mid college career crisis I guess you could say.

I have Modern Warfare 2 (haven't started playing it yet, though), Crackdown and Gears 1. If you want to do co-op/multiplayer in any one of those games, don't hesitate to drop me a line. Crackdown is fun and I'm pretty sure that I still have memorized where all the green orbs are. That kind of hunting drove me nearly insane and it kind of sticks with you after a while. Besides, I'm looking for an excuse to dust the game off and play again. I could use a good refresher course before Crackdown 2.

I am almost done with all the achievements on Modern Warfare 1, and I am not really sure if I am going to get MW2, especially not right now because of the cost. But if I can figure out a time when I will consistently be online I will let you know in advance. My problem is my play time is often sporadic, and usually there are random pauses in my playtime for 10, 20, sometimes 30 minutes just depending on my fiance or roommates, etc. Those kinds of random pauses don't seem to work too well with online play, lol. I wonder why, ha!

Just leave your fiancé, her mom and your mom plan the wedding and stay the hell out of it. Trust me, you're better off staying home and playing games and letting the cats fight amongst themselves. The most game playing I have done in the past ten years (consistently) is when I was engaged. Since all the women were out trying on dresses and looking at center pieces, I stayed home and fragged. Good times. After my first two years of marriage, however, I did not go online once. I played a few co-op games with my wife, but it just wasn't the same.
… because she sucks at shooters. But she tries and I love her for it, even when I get pissed when she gets me killed.
