It looks like I’ll be meeting up with Double Fine’s Tim Schafer at DICE tomorrow. Naturally, I want you guys to be a part of my meeting. Let me know if there’s anything you’d like me to ask Tim. Please note that in general, I’ll be staying away from game-specific questions. I want to talk to Tim about broader aspects of game creation and the gaming industry. So unless you have a really excellent question about Brutal Legend, I probably won’t use it.

In regards to Brutal Legend:
The full game seemed more like a real time strategy game and the demo seemed more like an action game. Why did you leave the RTS elements out of the demo version?
What's the most difficult part of the creative process for you?
Given that Double Fine has talked midget psychics and rockin medium sized folks, can we expect the next product to feature giants? Or sandwiches? Or even giant sandwiches?
How does Tim view digital distribution for Double Fine? Does he think it is harmful to consumers?
Will he release another project for this console generation?
The overall concepts for your games are very unique compared to much of rest of the industry. Due to the precedent you've already set throughout your career and a built-in dedicated fanbase, is it more dangerous for Double Fine to do something with more mainstream appeal than your average development studio?
Did Brutal Legend start off as a RTS game or was it something it turned into over time?
I'm really curious to know how Mr. Schafer takes criticism of his games. Specifically, Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw's bittersweet criticisms.

How much has the industry changed from when you first started at LucasArts to now having released Brutal Legend? What changes do you like most/least? Where do you think the industry is headed? What are your thoughts on Project Natal/PS Arc? Somebody already got the digital distribution question.
