Not only is the Phoenix Sun’s Steve Nash one of the best NBA point guards of all time, he’s also skilled at the fine art of pop-culture parodies. In this movie, Nash spoofs Avatar during a flight on the team airplane. The short is called Bar’bo’sa, which pokes fun at the Na’vi race and Nash’s teammate Leandro Barbosa. It’s cute, goofy, and fun…and a lot more useful and creative than bringing a gun to the locker room. Check it out!

As a Phoenix resident, it should be noted that the Suns are going nowhere this year and it’s about time they cut the old players and got whatever they can for Amare Stoutamire. The Mike Dan’toni era was fun to watch while it lasted, but it left the cupboard extremely bare by constantly trading away 1st round draft picks for nothing. I’ve never seen a team give away a mediocre player like Kurt Thomas, cash AND a #1 draft pick for some table scraps until I moved out here.
