I probably shouldn’t admit this, but I want to see Tooth Fairy starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. As a wrestling fan, I feel it’s my duty to support his movie career. Supporting The Rock’s movie career will help other sports entertainers be accepted as…uh…entertainer entertainers. Plus, he’s just good in that macho-man-becomes-sensitive-guy role (see The Game Plan).
Plus, the movie has Julie Andrews! I forget that this woman is alive and still bringing it. She was brilliant in The Sound of Music. It’s amazing that she’s entertaining a whole new generation of moviegoers more than 40 years later with excellent movies like Enchanted and Shrek 2. She deserves a Nobel prize for four decades of awesomness (I think they give one out for that, no?).
So there’s my confession. Any chance any of you are interested in the movie?
I have an interest but i will wait for dvd. I still have other movies to see and games to finish. Dvd Rental sales will go to the Rock eventually no?
Just watch Gladiator afterward, or visit GHM on the blackberry during the movie
It is good of you to want to help support his career. In which case, I would recommend just mailing him a check for $9.50.

@Iceman That doesn't help his box office numbers. :P
Pass. However, the WWE hasn't been the same since The Rock left. The Rock and Stone Cold had my favorite feud ever.
@RRODisHere Nobody sold the stunner better than The Rock. I loved the flip he did after he landed.
@Raymond Padilla
Yep, I remember that. That whole feud was classic. "(sniff, sniff) The Rock smells trash". He turned around and Stone Cold was coming. Classic! Remember when The Rock would never look at Al Snow when he was talking to him? That guy can never be replaced.
@RRODisHere I agree that he can never replaced. He was one of the most unique wrestlers ever. That said, he doesn't have to be replaced. Someone new will come along that will bring his own twist to the business. Guys like Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, The Rock, and Steve Austin are one-of-a-kind.
Austin and Undertaker was a pretty good feud as well.
Nothing beats The Rock as a heel. Best all time.
