  1. I predict that millions of people who got the iPhone 4 will buy the iPhone 5. I also suspect that many a new customer will be drawn to the iPhone 5. Millions will be made in dollars and in suckers.

    Take that Pachter!

    1. If I can get it for $200 and give my wife my 4 (or maybe even sell it to Gamestop)… you're damn right I'm gonna get it.

I do have another year on this contract though.

      1. do you know how much they are giving back on ipod touches and iphones? I haven't seen any numbers on that, but I feel like gamestop would just be giving the consumers another bad deal.

      2. Not a clue, but you're probably on the money.

I've spent exactly 0 hours and 0 minutes researching the subject.

  2. They've taken alot of flack about screen size so I could see them stepping it up. If not, they'll have some
fairly logical excuse for why 3 inches by 2 inches is ideal for any smartphone, but I doubt it.

I also predict it will come in 2 colors, but only one will be available for several months.

  3. Ray, i need to know if i should get the iphone 5 or wait for your mystery sprint phone?????

  4. I predict that it'll sell. It's an Apple product, and people seem to like Apple a lot (for some reason). I don't know, and I really don't care. As long as it increases battery life, gets a bigger screen and has an even better OS coming its way, it'll be a big hit. Just some general conjectures.

      1. Well if you dislike Apple based on image or ant other premise other than hardware quality then you wouldn't. :)Me personally…. I refuse to own Motocrap.Sent from my iPhone 4

      2. I just don't care for Apple's products. I don't see the point in buying overpriced hardware when the same thing can be done with a cheaper phone/tablet. Plus, I've had some pretty annoying experiences regarding iTunes that I'd rather not talk about.
I DO want a smartphone, but it doesn't have to be Apple's smartphone.

      3. Their software is part of the price. My iMac is by far the best computer I've ever owned and I build my own PCs. Yeah the Apple tax is high at times but the product does what it is supposed to without fail.Motorola though….. Haha I getcha though. No trollingSent from my iPhone 4

  5. The Wall Street Journal's Sprint rumor is absolutely fascinating. If it's true then it means that Sprint is paying $656 per iPhone under the agreement. I'm sure units after the minimum 30.5-million (over four years) will be cheaper, but that's an amazing gamble nonetheless. It's easy money for Apple and an all-in move for Sprint. I hope it's true, simply because it would be fascinating to watch.
